Minnesota Company Wants You To Start Dipping Pizza In Guacamole!

A major Minnesota food company desperately wants us to start dipping our Pizza in Guacamole...Ya gonna do it?

Have you ever tried any of these crazy food combinations?

• Pringles and Whipped Cream
• Cereal and Orange Juice
• Coca-Cola and Peanuts
• Tuna Salad and Fruit Punch
• Cheese Quesadilla and Bananas
• Apples with Salt and Pepper
• Vanilla Ice Cream and Soy Sauce
• Orange Juice and Oreos

Well...Austin, Minnesota-based Hormel Foods which owns the brand Wholly Guacamole, is behind a push for us to add Pizza and Guacamole to that list.

It's a push for us to get on board with the new food combo and "Guacify" for the Super Bowl.

They did a poll that found that 74% of us would reach for guacamole at a Super Bowl party, and 91% would reach for pizza.

But only 17% have tried dipping Pizza in Guacamole together.

They're holding a contest and launched a website called GuacifyPizza.com.

Football fans will win free pizza and guacamole on Super Bowl Sunday and other prizes.

So is this just a nutty marketing thing?  Or does guac on pizza actually sound good to you?
