Why People In Minnesota Put Toilet Paper In Their Refrigerator!?

So why exactly are folks in Minnesota, Iowa, and South Dakota putting rolls of Toilet Paper in their refrigerator?

If you were visiting a friend and they sent you to their fridge to get a soda and when you opened the door you saw they had toilet paper on the refrigerator shelf, what would you think?

Would you assume that your friend needed top do a reality check?

Well...it turns out that putting a roll of Toilet Paper in the fridge has a real purpose.

Apparently, the trick with toilet paper in the refrigerator is a trick from the hotel industry.

Word is that in many hotels they do put toilet paper in the room fridges to absorb odors...like an open box of baking soda.

They then recommend that you change out your “Refrigerator Toilet Paper” every three weeks.

I don't know about you...but I think I'll stick with the baking soda...
