Meet John Ratzenberger At 2025 ‘SiouxperCon’ This September
South Dakota's largest fan convention, celebrating pop culture and fandom, will be here before you know it.
SiouxperCon 2025 is an unforgettable weekend packed with panels, workshops, cosplay contests, tabletop and video gaming, celebrity guests, vendor booths, and more. There's something for people of all ages. Whether you're a die-hard comic book fan, a gaming guru, or just love a good costume, there’s something for everyone.
Fans of the TV Show Cheers will especially love the 2025 SiouxperCon, as Cliff Clavin himself, John Ratzenberger, is set to make an appearance.

The Emmy-nominated actor isn’t just a sitcom icon; he’s also a Pixar legend, the only actor to lend his voice to every single Pixar film. From Hamm in Toy Story to Mack in Cars, his voice is part of animated movie history.
According to Dakota News Now, Ratzenberger will be one of the many highlights at this year’s three-day event, which runs September 19–21 at the Sioux Falls Convention Center and Arena. Even better? SiouxperCon is all about giving back; this year’s festivities benefit Make-A-Wish, Reach Literacy, and the JY6 Foundation.
This year's SiouxperCon will have a special bonus event. SiouxperCon is hosting a FREE Veterans Q&A with John Ratzenberger on Thursday, September 18, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at The Alliance. It’s open to the public, so anyone can come out, ask questions, and hear stories from one of TV’s most beloved mailmen.

Whether you want to meet one of your favorite celebs, snag a collectible, or just soak in the fandom energy, SiouxperCon 2025 is shaping up to be the can't-miss event of the year.
