Say Cheese With Your Pet And Help A Good Cause

Any pet lover can tell you how important their pet is to them. We spend a lot of time trying to get that just-right picture of Fluffy or Fido to share with family and friends. But they always seem to move at just the wrong moment.

But what if you could get a professional portrait of you and your pet, while helping other great animals waiting for forever homes? That is exactly what the Sioux Falls Area Humane Society and Schulte Subaru are teaming up to do.

Next Saturday, November 8, at the Schulte Subaru service bay located at 7601 S. Minnesota Avenue, you can have your pet's portrait taken. You could bring your whole family with your dog, or maybe just you and your cat, lizard, bunny, hamster, goat, or other beloved creature. (Sorry, they cannot accommodate cows, horses, llamas,  or other large breed pets.)

The portraits are $50, and you'll receive 3 to 5 great, ready-to-send photos. You can choose from 4 different festive backgrounds, each with its own unique style.

This photo event is going on from 9 AM to 4 PM on Saturday, November 8, with an hour lunch break from noon to 1 PM for the photographers. You can book your appointment online now until November 7th at noon, but walk-ins will be welcome on the event day.

You may have heard that the Sioux Falls Area Humane Society is bursting at the seams with furry friends waiting for new families, and even if you can't adopt, this is a way to help them with the expenses that come with caring for so many animals.
