I'm minding my own business this afternoon wondering if MY San Diego Padres were destined to lose again...

...when my phone yelled at me with three loud text messages - back-to-back-to-back - from my boss...I quickly opened them up expecting some awful news..the first one was a picture:

Surely someone hasn't SHUT OUT the Minnesota Twins fans

But for now, that's what it appears. Heck earlier in the season ( when the Twins were losing ) SOME fans probably could have cared less - but TODAY they racked up 10 runs and clobbered the pathetic Chicago Whitesox 10-5 for their 10th win in a row, a ton of pretty ticked off people were SHUT OUT, and couldn't see it. The unbelievable sad news flashed on TV screens all over the planet it seems. WHY no Twins? Well according to keloland.com a Midco spokeswoman had this to say about the disappointing news -  “With the Twins on a nine-game winning streak, it’s disappointing that Bally Sports has declined multiple offers, and we no longer have rights to this programming. We want to reach an agreement with Bally Sports that is fair to our customers.”

So now what do you do?

"Come on everyone, time to hit up a sports bar" - well there is that alternative, most bars have the capability to bring you a ton of sports events, all under one Budweiser sign. I guess there is always DIRECT TV. I've gone that route before. Maybe, just maybe, by the time the World Series rolls around, this whole tragedy will be resolved.
