A warm and brief South Dakota winter only means one thing...Sioux Empire B&G Milkyway opens early!

Officials with B&G Milkyway surprised ice cream fans from across the Sioux Empire area by opening four of their tasty locations. But have no fear! B&G Milkyway ice cream shops have plans to open all their shops very soon!

Which B&G Milkyway Shops Are Open in South Dakota?

B&G Milkyway shops that are already open include 69th Street and Cliff Avenue, 69th Street and Louise Avenue, and East 41st Street near Harmodon Park. Here are the opening dates for other locations. Some shops plan to open within a week:

• The Sycamore Avenue location: Wednesday, March 4th 
• West 41st Street location: Wednesday, March 4th
• Tea location: Monday, March 9th
• Harrisburg location: TBD...for now! 
• Brandon location: Tuesday, March 10th
• Mitchell location: Open Now 
• West 12th Street location: Closer to April

I can already taste the feeling of summer nights and sweet ice cream. South Dakota is ready for sunshine and, of course, ice cream!

I remember when I had my first B&G Milkyway ice cream dessert. I was totally hooked! I even remember taking my husband Chris to the iconic Sioux Falls ice cream spot for his first taste. He loved the California Dreamin' treat! I'm already dreaming about the Avalanche treats, especially those that just ooze chocolate. Death By Chocolate, Brownie, Brownie Batter, Monster Cookie, Mudslide...just thinking of these Avalanche treats makes me extremely hungry!

Sioux Falls...the wait is over! We can't wait for B&G Milkyway ice cream!
