Honey Boo Boo ‘Watch & Sniff’

Unbelievable.  What is happening in the free world when we not only condone such TV shows as 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' but we embrace it as a society?  Answer me!

According to TLC the July 17 premiere of the new season of “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” will allow viewers to experience the “diverse and fragrant” smells of 7-year-old Alana Thompson and her eccentric clan in all their glory in an unusual gimmick.

TLC is calling it “Watch & Sniff”.  They are planning on handing out about ten million Watch & Sniff cards featuring six scents.  You can look for yours in early July (although I don't know why you would) in People, US Weekly magazines, & at select Time Warner Cable retail stores nationwide.

Each scented patch features a number alerting viewers when to scratch to match up to the action on screen.  FYI-Momma June says she's quite "gassy".

Why would anyone want to do this?
