South Dakota’s Quest for Awesome Business Stars Kicks Off
The South Dakota Retailers Association is on the hunt for exceptional businesses to honor with its prestigious Retailer of the Year, Restaurant of the Year, and Community Service awards.
Nominations are now open and can be submitted to the South Dakota Retailers Association.
Since 1982, these awards have celebrated excellence in business and community service across South Dakota. Each January, outstanding business owners and families are recognized during the Association's statewide Business Conference and Awards Reception in Pierre.
"South Dakota businesses are the backbone of our communities," says Executive Director Nathan Sanderson. "These awards spotlight those who make our state an incredible place to live, work, and raise families."
This year, the Association is asking all South Dakotans to help identify deserving businesses. Think about that charming boutique, your neighborhood grocery store, or your favorite weekend dining spot.
What sets them apart? Have they gone above and beyond recently? What keeps customers coming back year after year? Who truly excels in their field?
If you have one—or even several—businesses in mind, show your appreciation by nominating them for one of these esteemed awards. Your nomination could be the first step in giving these hardworking entrepreneurs the recognition they deserve.
