Open Streets returns to Phillips Avenue on Friday, July 3, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, turning the block between 6th and 7th Streets into a lively pedestrian-only celebration packed with entertainment, food, and family fun. Best of all, it's completely free.

This month's patriotic-themed event is the perfect way to get into the Independence Day spirit. Car lovers can check out a lineup of gleaming red, white, and blue Corvettes courtesy of the Sioux Falls Corvette Club, while kids (and kids at heart) can snap photos with a walking, talking America-themed dinosaur.
