Sioux Falls Demands Answers From City Council for Missing Man

Sioux Falls residents are rallying together for this week's City Council meeting to fight for answers on behalf of a beloved missing Sioux Falls man, Tyler Weathersby.

Tyler Weathersby has been missing for over seven months, and people want stronger search efforts from Mayor Paul TenHaken, his city council members, and the police department.

There is a new Sioux Falls petition circling the internet that encourages city officials and the Sioux Falls Police Department to enlist more "manpower, and utilize additional resources to expedite the process of finding Tyler." Some concerned citizens believe not enough is being done to bring Tyler Weathersby safely home.

Time is running out. We urge the Sioux Falls City Council and the Sioux Falls Police Department to act now and help bring Tyler home safely. We implore everyone to show their support for this cause; your voice matters. Sign this petition, urge the authorities to act quicker, and help bring Tyler Weathersby home. This situation is deeply personal to us; every signature would mean a lot. Let's come together and show Tyler and his family that we stand with them during this testing time.

Tyler could truly be anywhere in the Sioux Empire or even out of South Dakota. Here's the most accurate description of what Tyler would look like today:

"Slim build” at about 6’ feet tall and 160 lbs.
Dark brown eyes and his head was shaved at the time of his disappearance. Possibly having his hair back and a beard, by now.
Has a tattoo of a crown with a halo above it on his right wrist

Tyler is now 32 years old. Anyone with information on Tyler's whereabouts needs to contact the Sioux Falls Police Department at 605-367-7212 or the Sioux Falls Crime Stoppers line at 605-367-7007. You can also anonymously submit tips online.

Here's my personal advice if you decide to go to Tuesday's Sioux Falls City Council meeting: Our public officials work hard to make this city great. Give them grace and respectfully express your concerns.
