During the two-day closure, the Great Bear team will work to churn up and redistribute the existing snow across the hill to build the best possible conditions for the remainder of the season.
"Winter is not over yet!" said Assistant General Manager Alexa Jerstad. "Our team will spend the next few days renovating the ski hill, churning up the snow, and pushing it around to create the best conditions possible. And we'd love to see some natural snow!"
Skiers and snowboarders eager to get back on the hill should keep an eye out for a season update on Friday morning before heading out.
Note that the Kirby Family Tubing Park is closed for the remainder of the season.
