Favorite Sioux Empire Food Truck to Open Harrisburg Location
One of the Sioux Empire's favorite food trucks will be opening up a storefront in Harrisburg in the coming months.
Dakota News Now is reporting that Breaking Burrito will soon be opening up a restaurant in Harrisburg. The new brick-and-mortar location is being constructed behind the new Starbucks location on Willow Street.
Breaking Burrito has a reputation for being a fave with Sioux Falls foodies. Known for their delicious Mexican, Tex-Mex Mex and Tacos, the Breaking Burrito trucks can be found at several locations all over the Sioux Empire throughout the warm weather food truck season.

According to Dakota News Now, Breaking Burrito owner Carlos Salgado launched his food truck business in 2016. Since that time, he has added multiple food trucks, together with a dessert concept called Mr. Churro.
Foodies can expect the same Breaking Burrito menu once the new 2,000 square foot Harrisburg restaurant opens its doors.
All of the menu items you've come to love over the years will be represented, like burritos, tacos, nachos, and quesadillas. Word has it, they plan to feature some new menu additions as well that will surely become Breaking Burrito lovers' new faves very soon.
