Winter Storm Could Bring Heavy Snow to Sioux Falls

The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has issued a WINTER STORM WATCH from Tuesday morning through Wednesday morning for much of the tri-state area.

The heaviest snows are anticipated Tuesday Afternoon and evening with anywhere from 4 to 8 inches of snow fall.

Blowing and drifting snow could also be a factor with northerly winds gusting over 30 mph.
