What is South Dakota’s Most Instagrammed Place?

The Huffington Post just finished analyzing Instagram to find the spot in all 50 states that was Instagrammed the most often in 2014.

No big surprise here, Mt. Rushmore was once again the most Instagrammed location in South Dakota.

You had to guess the faces would end up being the top spot. And I have to think locations like The Badlands, The Crazy Horse Monument, The Falls, The Empire Mall and probably even the new Denny Sanford Premier Center made the list as well.

Typically it's either landmarks, nature sites, or sports venues that end up being the most Instagrammed places in most states.

However, that is not the case in the states of Georgia, New Jersey, North Carolina and Utah. Sorry guys, your most Instagrammed spots are airports.

And to think South Dakota, North Dakota and Iowa get a bad rap most of the time!
