What I Did on My Christmas Vacation

When looking at a two-week Christmas staycation I thought, "Wow that's a long time, I wonder how we'll spend our time?"

Well, you know the old saying, "Time flies when you're having fun!"? We had no problem filling our days with talking, laughing, shopping, sleeping, sight-seeing, Skyping with our sister Carmela, brother-in-law Jon and nephew Bubbi, in Colorado,visiting with friends and more!

My sister Carolyn, who lives in Montana, boarded her dog, got a pet-sitter for her cats and came to spend the holidays with me. And unless she gets a flight out of here today, may be staying even longer! We really are two peas-in-a-pod, so that wouldn't bother me, but - her Newfie, Angel and her three cats, would miss her terribly and I'm sure she'd like to keep making a living.
