We hit a homerun on smoking a turkey and thought I'd share the recipe and pics - and it was a ridiculously juicy bird.

The key to holding in moisture while roasting a chicken on the smoker comes in the preparation and that means a salt brine.

This weekend I tried something different on my Traeger. Smoked Ranch Chicken and Taters. I tell you what, this is a recipe I will try again. It was awe-freakin'-some!
