Just a word to the wise, if you're planning on stealing a refrigerator any time soon, don't try and sell it on Craigslist the next day.

KDLT News is reporting the manager of an apartment complex located on the 3600 block of South Marion Road placed a fridge outside one of her apartments recently to have it cleaned, while it was sitting outside she was approached by a man wondering if the refrigerator was for sale?

The man left after she informed him that the fridge was not on the market.

The next day the fridge in question went missing. According to the KDLT News, the apartment manager began to search for the fridge online, and ended up finding it advertised on Craigslist.

She immediately called authorities who then set up a meeting with the seller to inquire about the fridge for sale.

That meeting didn't go quite as planned for the seller, KDLT reports that police ended up arresting Nicholas Bruns of Sioux Falls. Bruns is headed to the cooler on larceny charges.
