Yeah, I'll take two burgers, two large fries, a couple of Coke's, and a trip to jail please.

KSFY TV is reporting that a 38-year-old Abouk William Deng of Sioux Falls was arrested on Tuesday, (November 28) after paying for a meal at a fast food restaurant with a fake C-note.

The incident took place around 6:30 PM on Tuesday at a restaurant near Minnesota Avenue and Russell Street. According to the KSFY TV report, Deng and another man were in the drive-through window of the restaurant when Deng allegedly gave the employee a counterfeit $100 bill to pay for their $28.00 order.

Shortly after the two men had driven away, the restaurant employee noticed the fake Benjy said "for motion picture use only" on it. The restaurant contacted the authorities with a description of the vehicle they were driving, and KSFY TV reports that Sioux Falls police were able to locate the vehicle a short time later in the 600 block of West Russell Street.

After police made contact, the two suspects took off on foot. They ended up apprehending Deng, the driver, in the 1300 block of North Spring Avenue.

According to KSFY TV, Deng is being charged with theft by deception, fleeing police, obstruction and resisting arrest. He is also charged with possession of a controlled substance after police found meth on Deng at the time of his arrest.
