Sioux Empire Schools Teaming up to Help First Responders
Several area school districts here in the Sioux Empire are all climbing on board the coronavirus relief train to help first responders as they battle the COVID-19 outbreak.
Dakota News Now is reporting the Sioux Falls School District, Harrisburg School District, Sioux Falls Christian and the Bishop O'Gorman Catholic Schools here in Sioux Falls all plan on donating hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray and wipes, and gloves.
The items donated with go directly to the teams of first responders who are out on the front lines each day attempting to help Sioux Empire residents navigate the COVID-19 pandemic.
This collective effort by area schools, is yet another example of good people, doing good things to help others during an immense time of need.
