Significant Spring Snow, Ice Storm Coming For Parts Of Minnesota

Parts of Minnesota could be in for an icy springtime snowstorm by the weekend.

There is “High Confidence” that a large spring storm with ice and snow could produce hazardous winter conditions for northern Minnesota.

According to the National Weather Service in Duluth, Minnesota...

“Another system will impact the Northland this weekend, with all precipitation types on the table with both snow and ice accumulations possible.

Uncertainty is high on timing and placement of different precipitation types, and therefore amounts, at this time. Stay up to date as the weekend gets closer!”
