Traffic Delays As Part Of South Louise Avenue Sioux Falls Closing

The City of Sioux Falls Public Works Department announces a lane closure affecting South Louise Avenue that will affect traffic flow.

Beginning Wednesday, May 7, 2025, the northbound outside lane on South Louise Avenue will be closed between West 41st Street and West 34th Street.

Dave's Construction will be performing directional drilling operations in this area as part of ongoing infrastructure improvements.

This temporary closure is expected to remain in effect for one week, with work scheduled for completion by the end of the day Wednesday, May 14, 2025, weather permitting.
