It’s another new restaurant chain opening doors in southwest Sioux Falls. Quaker Steak & Lube is planning on building on the northwest corner of 74th Street and Louise Avenue. Soon folks in Sioux Falls will be able to sign a release form and take the 'Insane Quaker Steak & Lube Atomic Wings Challenge' as featured in the video below on 'Man vs. Food'.

According to their website Quaker Steak & Lube started in Pennsylvania in 1976 and grew its chicken wing business by including a free wing with every meal. The company estimates it serves more than 80 million wings annually along with burgers, ribs, steaks, salads, signature drinks and kids’ items. The restaurant’s menu includes 80 items.

At first, Quaker Steak & Lube thought Sioux Falls would be a one-location town, but the city’s growth might lead to more, according to vice president of franchise development Zeb Hastings. The restaurant also has locations in Fargo and Rapid City. The company plans to move forward with city approvals soon to get under construction. “It’s going to be tight to get it in (open) this year, but certainly within a year,” Hastings said.

So what do you think?  Will another wings place fly in Sioux Falls?
