Our Friend, Frankie MacDonald, Gives Sioux Falls a Shout Out in His Christmas Greeting

We've been following Frankie MacDonald for a long time. He's so passionate about the weather and we think that's awesome! This guy is living his dream. When the forecast shows inclement weather, Frankie is there for us with a video to help us prepare for what's ahead.
