Naughty Weather Map? [Picture]

You ever lay on your back on a lazy warm summer day, look up at the clouds and pick out images of zoo animals, comic book characters, or other interesting shapes?  There is no better canvas for life's portraits than the wide open sky's.

So what's up with this?  We've been experiencing epic spring ice storms, Global Warming, floods, draughts, and now Mother Nature seems to be sending us some sort of cryptic message.  What could it be?

The National Weather Service published this map of the most recent storms snow coverage.  The picture seems to be "Popping Up" all over social media.  I think this poster on facebook sums it up about right.
