Massive THC Gummy and Candy Recall In Minnesota And Iowa
THC Gummies, Chocolate Bars, and Cones involved in a massive recall are making people sick in Minnesota and Iowa.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has announced a recall and is investigating illnesses caused by Diamond Shruumz-Brand Chocolate Bars, Cones, & Gummies.
Diamond Shruumz-Brand brand products were sold in many states including Minnesota and Iowa.
People who became ill after eating Diamond Shruumz-brand products reported a variety of severe symptoms including seizures, central nervous system depression (loss of consciousness, confusion, sleepiness), agitation, abnormal heart rates, hyper/hypotension, nausea, and vomiting.
Diamond Shruumz-brand products have been recalled and should no longer be available for sale.
These products were available online and in person at a variety of retail locations nationwide including smoke/vape shops, and at retailers that sell hemp-derived products such as cannabidiol (CBD) or delta-8 tetrahydrocannabinol (delta-8 THC).
FDA is aware that recalled Diamond Shruumz-brand products may still be available for sale at several smoke/vape shops, and at retailers that sell hemp-derived products such as cannabidiol (CBD) or delta-8 tetrahydrocannabinol (delta-8 THC).
All Diamond Shruumz-brand products have been recalled and should not be sold.
