Toyota Issues Important Safety Recall for Over 140,000 Vehicles.
Toyota announced a safety recall affecting more than 140,000 Toyota and Lexus vehicles across multiple models.
The recall addresses two separate issues.
Select Toyota Tacoma 4WD vehicles may experience damaged rear brake hoses due to mud and dirt accumulation inside the rear wheels.
Additionally, certain Toyota Camry and Lexus RX models potentially have damaged second-row center seatbelts from a manufacturing defect.
Affected owners will receive notification by early April 2025.
Toyota will complete all necessary repairs and replacements at no cost to customers.
