JazzFest 2017: Everything You Need to Know
JazzFest 2017 is a FREE event that runs from Thursday - Saturday (July 13 -15) at Yankton Trail Park in Sioux Falls.
JazzFest is a fundraiser for the Sioux Falls Jazz & Blues society. It is 3 days of great music, food, art vendors, beer and wine gardens, arts and crafts, even fireworks!
JazzFest is also very 'kid friendly'. Kid's Quest is set up at the event and kids can enjoy inflatables, Kid's Zumba, Children's Theatre, Wild Kingdom Encounters, and more.
A couple of things you may want to know:
Directions: The event is held at Yankton Trial Park just off of I-229 in Sioux Falls
Parking: may park inside of Yankton Trail Park. There is a $10 daily parking fee to park inside Yankton Trail Park.
Biking / Walking: You may also access the festival via the Sioux Falls Bike Trail. There is a bike valet located just off of the bike trail south of the main stage area.
Shuttles: For only $4 per person (roundtrip), shuttles are an easy way to travel to the festival. Shuttle locations include the Lincoln and on Saturday Roosevelt High School.
Shuttle service times:
- Thursday: 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM at Lincoln High School Only
- Friday: 5:00 PM - 12:30 AM at Lincoln High School Only
- Saturday: 11:00 AM - 12:30 AM at Lincoln and Roosevelt High Schools
