Cold temps and winds will combine to create some dangerous conditions this weekend.

The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Warning for the Sioux Falls area from 6:00 PM Friday until noon Tuesday (1/12-1/15).

"Winds gusting as high as 35 mph on Friday night. For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 45 below zero."

"Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
