Patio season is almost officially here throughout Sioux Falls, and The Steel District wants to celebrate all summer long. The hope is to bring live music to the Sioux Falls patios at The Steel District every week during the lunch hour and even some nights. Are you a local artist looking for a new Sioux Falls stage to perform on? The Steel District wants you!

In an exciting Facebook post from The Steel District, the plan is for local musicians to perform live on Tuesday nights and Wednesday afternoons. It's a great opportunity to show off your talents in front of your Sioux Falls neighbors and visitors!

We’re looking for talented local musicians to bring energy and atmosphere to The Steel District every Tuesday from 5 pm - 8 pm & Wednesday from 11 am – 1:30 pm. This is a paid opportunity to showcase your sound in one of downtown Sioux Falls' most vibrant destinations, drawing a mix of professionals, visitors, and lunchtime crowds.

 

Whether you're a solo acoustic act, a jazz duo, or something totally unique—we want to hear from you! Ideal performers can create a fun, upbeat vibe while keeping it workday-appropriate for a diverse audience.

The plan (or hope) is to provide live music at The Steel District until the end of Fall. If you're a singer or musician in Sioux Falls, there is a form to fill out if you're interested in the gig at The Steel District. It's super simple to complete, too.
