They always tell me Sioux Falls needs more Italian spots to enjoy. Well, they're in luck! Not only is the list of Italian restaurants growing, but also there is a new establishment in Sioux Falls for all pizza and pasta lovers.

Bella Cucina Italian Ristorante just opened its doors in Sioux Falls. The new Italian spot took over Pizza di Paolo location on South Minnesota Avenue in Suite B towards the downtown area. In fact, the new owner of Bella Cucina Italian Ristorante Chef Don Napolitano is continuing his brother's legacy. Chef Don's brother was the original owner of Pizza di Paolo. Don even helped his brother run the business until his passing.

In an interview with 605 Magazine, Chef Don shared his passion for the restaurant industry and his new Italian cookbook! This cookbook gives you a little glimpse of the food that Chef Don is capable of creating. He also gives some fun facts about himself and his career. For example, Chef Don has "written eight books, produced a movie, and advised many companies on how to fix their problems."

So what does "bella cucina" mean? It translates to "beautiful kitchen" in Italian. From the looks of the menu from Bella Cucina Italian Ristorante, you'll enjoy some beautiful Italian food. There's a different pasta every day and the pizza looks deliziosa!
