130,000 Pounds Of Sausage Recalled From Wisconsin Company Due To Bone Fragments
Oral injury has been reported by some people who have eaten a sausage product made in Wisconsin.
The meat processing company located in Denmark, Wisconsin recalled 133,039 pounds of ready-to-eat turkey kielbasa. Salm Partners, LLC issued the recall on Friday, January 5th. The reason for the recall was that some of the product could be contaminated with extraneous materials, specifically bone fragments.
The company notified the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service of several complaints they had received from consumers who had found pieces of bone in the kielbasa. The FSIS also independently received two consumer complaints.

The P-32009 and use by date were printed on the front of the package.
The Food Safety and Inspection Service's main concern is that consumers may still have these packages in their freezer. If you have a package recalled you should throw it away or return it to the place of purchase.
