Almost Home Canine Rescue (AHCR) has been pulling out all the stops over the last three years to save abandoned, abused, neglected, and homeless animals in South Dakota. That means dogs- -and cats!

This 100% volunteer-run group has always led with their hearts and has thankfully had other animal-loving supporters to help them meet their goals. But it is not an easy task to foster animals until they find forever homes.

Food, supplies, and veterinary care do not come cheap. Now, more than ever, AHCR is in need of financial support and one amazing group is taking up the challenge.

Jordan's Way is an organization started by Kris Rotonda. His life was forever changed when he adopted a shelter dog named Jordan. When she died from cancer in 2018, he dedicated himself to honoring her memory "by helping as many shelters in need as possible, founding Jordan's Way".

He is currently on a 50-state tour helping to raise funds for animal rescues and shelters across the country.

This Sunday, June 13, 2021, from 6 to 10 PM at Dog Days Hotel & Day Camp at 4060 S. Grange Avenue, Jordan's Way will be in Sioux Falls to help Almost Home find forever homes for as many animals, and raise as many funds as possible during a live fundraiser!

Almost Home will be live on all their social media platforms during the event too, so if businesses would like to make a pledge, a donation, or even a matching donation, you'll get a shout-out from AHCR during this live event.

There are so many ways for you to donate- -in person at the event, on Facebook, through Paypal, and with Venmo.

For more information see Almost Home Canine Rescue online, on Facebook, or on Twitter.
