"He's kind of a 'Christian Chris Stapleton'", was the joyful description that The Lourdes Center's Emily Leedom gave of Christian musical artist Ben Fuller on Dakota News Now.

Ben Fuller is the headliner for this year's 23rd Annual Gift of Hope Concert. It is coming up on Saturday, February 11, in the O'Gorman Performing Arts Center at 7 PM (doors open at 6 PM).

Proceeds from the concert benefit the Lourdes Center at 523 North Duluth Avenue in Sioux Falls, which Leedom describes as a place of joy, hospitality, and encouragement.

The Lourdes Center's mission is all about healing. Healing from the grief of a loss, healing a broken marriage or relationship, and healing a troubled mind, are just a few of the issues addressed by programs offered at the Lourdes Center.

The need for all of this kind of support has grown so much over the last couple of years that the Lourdes Center is expanding to meet the need. And that is why The Gift of Hope Concert is so important!

General admission tickets are $35 or $20 for students and also 18 and under. Patron tickets are $60 and all tickets are available online now.

For more information see The Gift of Hope Concert or the Lourdes Center.

One Of South Dakota's Coolest Parks Is Just East of Sioux Falls

Before this South Dakota State Park was dedicated it had been more than 40 years since South Dakota had a new State Park. And this Sioux Falls green space is a gem!

Good Earth State Park is on the southeast edge of Sioux Falls right on the Iowa / South Dakota border.
