Quick, I need you stop for a moment and think of how many times you've been frustrated and anxious just this week?

According to a new study, the average person gets frustrated and anxious four or five times each week.

When you think about it another way, that ends up being 234 times a year or about two-thirds of your entire life!

Reading that is enough to make a person frustrated!
