South Dakota in Top 5 2017 Best Places to Retire

South Dakota has hit the top of another quality of life list.  This time South Dakota has placed #3 in Wallethub.com's list of '2017’s Best & Worst States to Retire'.

WalletHub’s analysts compared all of the United States and considered 31 indicators like affordability, health-related factors and overall quality of life.
