South Dakota Among States Where Middle Class Being Left Behind
According to MSN.COM South Dakota is in the top-6 for states where the middle class is being left behind.
MSN reports South Dakota has one of the healthiest economies in the country yet in the past 5 years incomes for the middle class are not growing nearly as fast as they are for the wealthiest in the state.
In that time period, the middle 20% of South Dakotans saw earnings increase about 5% while the wealthiest 20% have gone up 9.8%.
