Sioux Falls Street Closures Include 57th, Bahnson, Cliff, & More
New street closures in Sioux Falls could affect your commute around the city.
Street Closure – Bahnson Avenue
Beginning after 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, South Bahnson Avenue will be closed north of 41st Street.
The City of Sioux Falls Water Maintenance Division will be working on a fire hydrant water line.
This work is anticipated to be completed on the same day.

Lane Closures – 57th Street
Beginning on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, the westbound lanes on West 57th Street between Western Avenue and Cink Place will be closed with one lane always maintained to allow crews to perform asphalt patching. Eastbound traffic will not be impacted.
This work is anticipated to be completed by the end of the week.

Shoulder Closure – Minnesota Avenue
Beginning on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, the southbound shoulder on South Minnesota Avenue will be closed between 69th Street and 85th Street to allow crews to perform sidewalk improvements. Turn lanes within the closure will also be closed.
