These closures will affect the outside lanes at both intersections.
Traffic will continue to flow through the area, as at least one lane in each direction will remain open at all times.
However, drivers should be aware that the specific location of lane closures may shift throughout the duration of the project as work progresses.
Motorists are encouraged to stay alert to changing traffic patterns and signage in the construction zones.
Access to nearby businesses, residential properties, and side streets will be maintained during construction.
Crews will work to minimize disruptions while ensuring necessary repairs are completed safely and efficiently.
The intersection repair work is expected to be completed by early May, weather permitting.
Broader construction activities along Veterans Parkway between 26th Street and 41st Street will continue beyond that timeframe, with an anticipated completion in July 2026.
Drivers traveling in the area are urged to use caution, reduce speeds, and remain attentive to workers and equipment. To avoid potential delays, motorists may also wish to consider alternate routes during peak travel times.
