Food trucks from across Sioux Falls will be there and beverages sales will be provided by the El Riad Shrine Classie Autos unit.

And of course, every car show needs the perfect music to set the tone. The band Last Call will be on the live stage in Nyberg's ACE parking lot. Last Call will also open for headline performers The Grass Roots.

What makes the Nyberg’s ACE Hot Classics Night Classic Car Show unique?

There is no registration fee or pre-registration for the car show. If you've got a muscle car, truck, Corvette, motorcycle, really anything show-worthy 20 years or older, show up at 2:00 PM at the corner of 14th Street and 1st Avenue (MAP) and let the ACE team guide you in.

This is the 5th annual show and it's been growing each year. In the past, over 500 vehicles were on display, and crowds estimated over 8,000 car gawkers.

At the time of this writing, Saturday's forecast calls for hot and sunny weather in Sioux Falls. H2O, sunblock, and a sweet hat will do just fine.

Full information can be found on ACE Hardware's event page. See you there!

FLASHBACK:

Top 10 From The 2021 Hot Classics Night Classic Car Show

It was perfect weather for the 4th Annual Hot Classics Night Classic Car Show last Saturday (July 24, 2021). Cars were packed in the area around 12th Street and 1st Ave in downtown Sioux Falls.

There were many typical cars that you would expect to see at a classic car show such as Corvettes, Camaros, Mustangs, and Chevelles.

As nice as those cars can be, when I go to a show, I like to look for the oddball cars and cars you just don't see that often.

With that said, here's my top 10 from the 2021 Hot Classics Night Classic Car Show:

Have You Ever Explored the 'War Eagle Monument' on the South Dakota/Iowa Border?

Originally being from the Sioux City area, I grew up knowing about the War Eagle Monument perched on a bluff along I-29. There was at least one field trip for every kid in the area to the monument.

However, speaking with folks from Sioux Falls, they didn't seem to know what I was talking about. All they know about I-29 in Sioux City was that it was usually under construction.

When crossing into Iowa from South Dakota on I-29, look up!
