Up Front Plus Parking Arrives At Sioux Falls Empire Mall
Attention Empire Mall shoppers, if you're hoping to score a really primo parking spot the next time you visit the Empire Mall, it might cost you a little money.
The Empire Mall in Sioux Falls has just introduced paid parking in a handful of the parking spots available outside the Empire Mall shopping complex.
The spots we're talking about are those premium parking spots that are very close to the mall itself. My wife refers to them as "rockstar" parking. It's the type of parking spot that everyone covets during the craziness of the holiday shopping season.

According to Simon, the company that runs the Empire Mall, the new "Up Front Plus Parking" initiative is something that's being done at several other Simon-run properties across the country.
You should know that the new parking initiative has not changed the ADA-accessible parking spots that are available at the Empire.
How does the new "Up Front Plus Parking" work?
Once you arrive at the mall, just look for a parking spot designated with an "Up Front Plus Parking" sign, then simply scan the QR Code located on the sign to pay. It's that easy.

The total number of Up Front Plus Parking spots is unavailable. But don't worry, if you don't feel like schelling out a little coin to pay for parking the next time you shop the Empire Mall, you won't have to, I'd say 99% of the parking spots are still free.
A little walking never hurt anyone, right? It's good exercise. Think of it this way, you can work off some of that food court food you devoured while shopping.
