One of the most popular zoo's in the world is adding on. Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium and just release details on their new exhibit called, "The Asian Highlands." According to omaha.com, an eight-acre $20 million dollar Asian forest exhibit will featured tigers, leopards and pandas.

Construction is underway now and the zoo is planning on opening the exhibit in two parts. Red panda, Indian rhino, Père David’s Deer, crane and tufted deer habitats are scheduled to open in summer 2018. The sloth bear, Amur tiger, and snow leopard habitats will be completed by summer 2019. A children’s trail with concessions and a rest area is also planning to be added.

Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium is nationally renowned for its leadership in animal conservation and research and had had over 25 million visitors in the past 40 years.
