Minnesota State Fair Granstand Lineup Of Big-Name Performers
This may be even more proof that people are happy to put the winter season behind them. They're already looking forward to summer events like state fairs.
They call it the Great Minnesota Get-Together and it's not just the remarkable array of rides, foods, and vendors that draws people from all over the place. They always feature big-name performers across genres like country, rock, pop, etc., and this year is no different.
The Minnesota State Fair's Grandstand lineup of performers is out and people are buying tickets now. Here's a look at who will be there.
Chance The Rapper
You may have seen this multi-talented rapper, singer-songwriter, and producer on The Voice mentoring and coaching his teams. Well, now you can see this Grammy-winning performer in person on Friday, August 23, at 7 PM.
Nate Bargatze
This Southern-born comedian has been on an upward trajectory ever since he began his career in Chicago. His recent accomplishments include hosting Saturday Night Live last October. His stand-up special Hello World was cracking people up on Amazon Prime all last year.
This funny man will be in Sioux Falls on Thursday, May 16, so you could actually catch him here before his Saturday, August 24 show at the Minnesota State Fair.
Blake Shelton
His fans love this country singer and television personality. His career began back in 2001 with his single Austin, which spent 5 weeks at number one on the country charts. He spent 23 seasons as a coach on The Voice where he met and eventually married fellow coach Gwen Stefani.
His show at the fair is Sunday, August 25, at 7 PM.
The Happy Together Tour 2024
This show features The Turtles, Jay & the Americans, The Association, Badfinger, The Vogues, and The Cowsills performing on Monday, Augusst 26 at 7 PM.
Motley Crue
This American heavy metal band has sold over 100 million albums and will be performing on Thursday, August 29 at 7 PM.
KIDZ BOP
This wildly popular American children's music group has sold over 21 million albums and has become a cultural phenomenon. They will wrap up the Grandstand lineup on Labor Day, Monday, September 2.
