
Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota Among The “Least Sinful States”
You've heard of “Minnesota Nice”!? A new study says Iowa and South Dakota might be even nicer.
Good news for Midwesterners: your states rank among the least sinful in America, according to a new study by WalletHub.
The personal finance website compared all 50 states across 54 key indicators of immoral or illicit behavior to create their "Most Sinful States" ranking.
Iowa ranked #42, while Minnesota came in at #40 followed by South Dakota at #39.
This positions all three states firmly in the bottom quarter of the list, suggesting residents exhibit fewer harmful behaviors than most Americans.
The study examined a wide range of factors including violent crime rates, excessive drinking, gambling disorders, excessive lust, and other indicators.
