
World’s Best Racquetball Players To Compete In Sioux Falls This Weekend
Sioux Falls will be filled with racquetball players and fans this weekend, as the 45th Annual Lewis Drug Racquetball Tournament kicks off today and runs through Sunday, (February 2) inside racquetball facilities at the YMCA, the Augie Elmen Center, and Westside Recreation Center on the Tea Ellis Road.
The Lewis Drug Pro-Am is much more than just another stop on the racquetball tour, it has become the longest-running tournament in the world celebrating decades of history and competition in the racquetball community.
According to Dakota News Now, the Sioux Falls tournament has grown into a tier-one event that brings some of the biggest names, and most gifted athletes in the sport right here to the Sioux Empire.

Headlining the event this year is, Kane Waselenchuk who has bounced back from injuries and at age 40 is the best player in the world again. Also appearing this weekend in the Lewis Pro-AM is Adam Manilla who is currently ranked #3 in the world at the moment. Other well-known players competing include Jake Bredenbeck, Robbie Collins, Cole Sendry, Bobby Horn, Ben Horner, Sam Bredenbeck, and Thomas Carter.

Dakota News Now reports that the singles and doubles title matches will happen this Sunday at the YMCA in downtown Sioux Falls.
