Lewis Drug $1,000 Cash Wheel Contest Rules

CONTEST PERIOD:

The 973 KKRC (station)/Lewis Drug “$1,000 Cash Wheel” contest runs on-air weekdays from 6AM-9AM beginning Monday, March 7th through Friday, May 27th.

PRIZES:

Each morning during the contest period, contestants will be given the opportunity to spin the prize wheel for a chance to win an assortment of prizes from the Lewis Drug Stores and 97-3 KKRC.

Prize breakout:

(1) Grand Prize: $1,000 Cash

(2) (1) $500.00 Lewis Drug Gift Card

(3) Multiple Lewis Drug Gift Cards valued at $50.00 and $100.00

HOW TO ENTER/ELIGIBILITY:

Contestant will need to sign up on the (station) App or Website for a chance to win.

Station Employees, Sponsors, and persons who are immediate family of or who reside in the same household as any person in either category is ineligible to win.

HOW TO PLAY:

Ben & Patty from the 97-3 KKRC Morning Show will call a different registered contestant around 7:20 each weekday morning for the opportunity to SPIN the 97-3 KKRC/Lewis Drug “$1,000 Cash Wheel

Whatever the wheel lands on each morning, will be the prize awarded for that day.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:

· The contest will be played once each weekday morning during the designated contest period.

· Contestants may only win once for the duration of the promotion.

· One prize winner per household.

· Townsquare Media- Sioux Falls or Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Station and Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest as determined by the Station and its sponsors in its sole discretion. At its sole discretion, the Station/Sponsor may disqualify any person whom it considers to have intentionally violated the Official Rules or any element of the Contest.

· By playing the Contest, you hereby acknowledge and agree that the Station and its Sponsors have the unlimited right in perpetuity and throughout the world to use and publish your name, voice, city, state, likeness, photograph, and other elements of your persona and identity, in all media now known or hereafter developed, for all purposes

of this Contest, as well as for all general marketing, advertising, promotional tie-in, all without notice or compensation to you.

· All Taxes (federal, state, and local) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

· The Station and its Sponsors reserve the right to change/cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice to the public.

· The decisions made by station management are final.
