Jerry Seinfeld Bringing Laughs to Sioux Falls This March
It’s gold, Jerry, gold! And this time, the gold standard of observational comedy is heading straight for the Sioux Empire.
Comedy legend Jerry Seinfeld is bringing his stand-up tour to Sioux Falls on Friday, March 20, at 7:00 PM, taking the stage at the Washington Pavilion’s Mary W. Sommervold Hall. Jerry Seinfeld, the man who made an entire generation question airline peanuts, soup etiquette, and why we all suddenly became amateur meteorologists the moment someone says “chance of snow.”
Widely considered one of America’s premier comedians, Seinfeld has built a career on pointing out the tiny, everyday absurdities we all experience but rarely stop to analyze. You know, like why we check the fridge multiple times hoping new food magically appears, or why we say “no worries” when there are, in fact, many worries.

Expect a night of laughs about marriage, relationships, parenting, travel headaches, technology frustrations, and of course, the eternal quest for a decent cup of coffee.
According to Dakota News Now, ticket sales roll out in stages. Washington Pavilion donors get first dibs on Wednesday, Feb. 18, at 10:00 AM, followed by subscribers and members on Thursday, Feb. 19, at 10:00 AM. The general public gets their shot starting Friday, Feb. 20, at 10:00 AM.

Seinfeld has stayed plenty busy in recent years, producing hit specials like the Emmy-nominated Jerry Before Seinfeld, 23 Hours to Kill, and his fan-favorite series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, a show that proves two things: Jerry loves cars, and comedians really will talk about anything.
