South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota Restaurants Launch Taco Competition

If you're all 'burgered out' after the annual Downtown Sioux Falls Burger Battle, but still up for a spirited local food competition, you're in luck!

Seven area establishments are making tacos the centerpiece of a new culinary turf war - the Bite Sized Showdown.

The taco tussle runs the entire month of February.

After you sample a taco, you can submit a ranking using a QR code from your mobile device.

Each offering will be graded in these five areas:

Flavor
Toppings
Meat
Shell
Presentation
