Okay, is it possible to raid the kids trick-or-treat bag later tonight and not add a few extra scary looking pounds to your skeleton?

Unfortunately, that answer would be no. But, there a few candies you can steal from your little ghosts and goblins when they aren't looking that won't be too bad for you. As far as you know.  Maybe you'll only gain a couple of pounds, instead of 10 or 12!

There's a website called TheDailyMeal.com that ranked 29 different types of Halloween candy based on how bad they are for you. You should know these findings are based on the fun-sized versions of your favorite candies. Not the full-size, love handles waiting in the wings versions you were really hoping you'd be able to eat.

Check this out, as crazy as this might sound, Twizzlers is the worst Halloween candy for you. Those little sized Twizzlers have 130 calories and 16 grams of sugar.

Rounding out the rest of the top ten LEAST healthy candies are; Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Take 5's, Whoppers, Butterfingers, M&M's, Baby Ruth bars, Milky Way's, Almond Joy's and Twix bars.

Basically everything that tastes really good.

So what candies can you sorta feel good about eating later tonight?

Here are the top 10; Sweet Tarts, a Hershey's Kiss, a Tootsie Roll, Laffy Taffy, Jelly Bean jelly beans, York Peppermint Patties, Milk Duds, Mike and Ike's, Swedish Fish, and Brach's candy corn.

It's more or less all the stuff that's left over after your kids eat all the good candy.

My advice, go ahead and eat the good "bad for you" stuff. You're probably planning on going on a diet after January 1st anyway, right?
