The Sioux Empire's very own Ryan Presler is getting another chance to show off his intellect on the popular TV game show Jeopardy starting on Friday, February 24th.

Dakota News Now reports that Ryan will be going head-to-head against a junior from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee named Jackson Jones, and he will also be squaring off against Isabella Pagano, a first-year student at CalTech in Pasadena, California.

It's all part of Jeopardy's "High School Reunion Tournament" that gets underway next week on the show.

If you're a big Jeopardy fan, you probably remember the two teen tournaments the show featured about four seasons ago.

Now all those bright minds are back, a little older, and a little wiser, ready to take the big stage as they match wits once again in a College Championship format.

These former teen contestants will be facing off for 14 days in a special event that has a $100,000 grand prize and a spot in the Tournament of Champions on the line.

According to Dakota News Now, the format for this College Championship will include nine quarterfinal games, three semifinals, and a two-day, total point affair final.

Here's the TV schedule for those hoping to watch Ryan and cheer him on.

Quarterfinal Games 1-5 will air Monday, February 20 through Friday, February 24th.

Quarterfinal Games 6-9, and Semifinal Game 1 air Monday, February 27th through Friday, March 3rd, and Semifinal Games 2-3, and Finals Games 1-2 will be broadcast Monday, March 6th through Thursday, March 9th.

You of course can catch Jeopardy on KDLT-TV weekdays starting at 5:00 PM.

Best of luck to Ryan throughout the tournament as he will no doubt once again make all of us here in the Sioux Empire proud.
