You break out of self-isolation at your house for some fresh air, heading nowhere in particular, when you find yourself strolling through Falls Park. The blue sky, the green grass, the rushing water, all remind you that there is life beyond your phone or laptop.

You're starting to relax, to allow some peace to settle into your brain. You're also feeling something else. It's a sort of emptiness in a place where your meager breakfast used to reside. You could use a little something. Even a snack of- - anything, would help. Must be all that fresh air boosting your appetite.

Good news! Falls Overlook Cafe by Stensland is re-opening on Thursday, May 14. If you're one of the few people who've never indulged in a cone, bowl, pint, or something larger, containing the magic that is Stensland Ice Cream, well- -you just should.

One of the owners told Sioux Falls Business with Jodi Schwan that, they would be "serving ice cream, floats, treats, snacks, wraps, sandwiches, salads, and soups to start", and may add their paninis in time.

Tables for a maximum of four people will be arranged in the building according to social distancing guidelines. The cafe will be open Thursday through Sunday. Hours on Thursdays and Sundays are 11 AM to 6 PM, and on Fridays and Saturdays, from 11 AM to 8 PM.

The only issue you'll be facing now, when you walk in, is what flavor of ice cream should you try. Perhaps, you should you go with the very basic How Now Brown Cow, or the more complicated Peanut Butter Blunder, or even the very gothic Old Fashioned Licorice Stick?

The mission, should you choose to accept it, could be dangerous--to your waistline. Because you'll want more. Oh yes, you'll want more! (Insert maniacal laughter here).
